UPDATE 17/04/2020

Delivery delays have now been extended to 15 working days for orders placed after April 13th

If you ordered before April 13th and your order has been over 10 working days we apologise for the further delay, please be assured that your items will be dispatched as a matter of urgency.

  • Due to unexpected high demands as a result of COVID-19 and the demand on logistics countrywide, there may be a delay on all orders.
  • We are processing orders as usual and we apologise in advance for the delays you will experience, deliveries may now take up to 15 working days.
  • On items such as spare parts and accessories, there are extended delivery delays of up to 20 working days.
  • Please note our phone lines have now been switched off as we have made the decision to protect our staff, who are now working from home, managing our email service and live chat. 
  • Delivery of smaller parcels will automatically be attempted, should the delivery fail a card will be left at the delivery address. For pallet deliveries and 2 man deliveries the courier will contact you to book in the delivery date. Please note to ensure timely deliveries your delivery service may change from a 2 man service to a pallet, curb side service.
  • Further delays may have occurred since you ordered due to courier efficiencies, who are working to high demand with a reduced staff force.
  • Please do not get in touch regarding your order status, especially if it has not been longer than the 15 working days, we are working very closely with our courier teams to ensure as little disruption as possible occurs.
  • If you have experienced issues after receiving your order or have any other enquiry we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We apologise we cannot provide an exact delivery date for your order and are doing all we can to communicate any changes to delays in an uncertain situation that is changing daily. We are grateful for your order and support, thank you for understanding.
